What we collect

Information you give us

• Contact details from our forms, such as the free trial class booking and the SVG Performance app waitlist: your name, email address, phone number, and whether you are already an SVG member.
• Membership and waiver details when you sign up or sign a waiver: things like your address, date of birth, emergency contact, the programs you are interested in, and your signed waiver and membership agreement.
• Payment details when you buy a membership or pass. Card payments are processed by our payment provider through Gymdesk. We do not store full card numbers ourselves.
• Messages you send us by email, text, phone or social media.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website or open one of our forms, our website host and form tools record basic usage data, such as pages visited, device and browser type, the page that referred you, and approximate location based on your IP address. They may use cookies or similar technology to do this. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some forms may not work properly without them.

How we use it

• To book and follow up on trial classes and answer your questions.
• To run your membership: check-ins, scheduling, billing, waivers and safety.
• To send updates you asked for, such as the SVG Performance app launch, schedule changes and gym news.
• To improve our classes, website and forms.
• To meet legal, safety and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the academy, and only for that purpose:

• Gymdesk (gym management): hosts this website and handles memberships, class booking, waivers, check-ins and billing.
• Our payment processor (through Gymdesk): processes card payments.
• HighLevel (our CRM and marketing platform): runs our website forms and stores contact records, and sends our emails and text messages.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect the safety of our members and staff, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business.

Text messages (SMS)

We text you only if you give us your mobile number and check the box agreeing to receive texts. Consent to texts is not a condition of buying anything or joining SVG. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. See our Terms of Service for the full SMS terms.

Your choices and opting out

• Texts: reply STOP to any message.
• Emails: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
• Anything else: email manager@svgmmaacademy.com to opt out, see the information we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. We may need to keep some records, such as signed waivers and payment history, where the law or our legitimate business needs require it.

How long we keep it

We keep contact and membership information while you are a lead or a member, and for as long as needed afterward for the purposes above, including legal, insurance and accounting requirements. Waitlist and lead information we no longer need is deleted or anonymized.

Security

We use reputable providers, limit staff access to what each role needs, and take reasonable steps to protect your information. No website or system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children and teens

SVG offers kids’ and teens’ classes. For anyone under 18, a parent or guardian provides the student’s information, signs the waiver and manages the membership. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information without a parent’s consent, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed. Significant changes will be posted on this page.
